Jennifer joined MCF Environmental Services in 2017 in sales support and within a few short years has acquired an incredible portfolio of expertise in helping customers solve complex waste problems. With a passion for service excellence, proactive communications and “over and above” support, Jennifer plays an integral role in connecting customer questions, concerns and sales requests to internal stakeholders. Through daily touchpoints with our drivers, Jennifer champions a perpetual improvement focus, continually improving our services to match customer needs.
